About the role

We are looking for a native German Software Engineer to join our Product Engineering team in Berlin. You will be working alongside our design team and report directly to the C-level management. You will play a crucial role in developing and iterating on the product, ensuring high quality code and enabling rapid iteration based on customer and internal feedback.

What you will do

• Implement new features for the Ralph Platform, working closely with the Product, Design and Operations teams
• Architect and develop cutting-edge applications for the Ralph Platform using Next.js, React and other modern technologies to deliver exception user experiences
• Take ownership of features end-to-end in our full-stack team using modern approaches like React Server Components and React Server Functions
• Integrate cutting edge AI technologies into the current workflows, automating and improving day-to-day operations
• Participate in design sprint discovery sessions, where we identify current pain points and move fast to address them

About you 

• You speak German with native proficiency and are fluent inyour English is really good
• You are passionate about building exciting products
• Ready to move fast and ship things without a step-by-step guide
• Have experience with React, functional components and TypeScript
• Excited to try the new React 19 features in Next.js 15
• Have a basic understanding on how databases work with an ORM

Bonus if you 

• Have experience with Next.js App router and various caching techniques
• Have a history of getting things done
• Have used Prisma or Drizzle with a Postgres database
• Have worked with vercel and lambdas before
• Have used internationalization and localization solutions in previous projects
• Have experience with using LLMs
• Don’t care about spaces or tabs because of prettier
• You prefer rebasing over merging
